We started MeetMemo because professionals — lawyers, doctors, consultants, founders — kept asking for an alternative that respects the confidentiality of what gets said in a meeting room. MeetMemo records and processes audio locally on your Mac, then syncs structured notes directly into your Apple Notes. No third-party storage of your recordings. No surprises.

Bjorn has spent more than a decade building AI and data products. He started his career working on AI research at Huawei in China, co-founded the Belgian InsurTech startup WeGroup (where he serves as Chief Product Officer), and runs MiraiTech as an independent software studio. He also founded The Product Consortium, a community for product leaders, and teaches product management for SaaS at Voka Oost-Vlaanderen. He holds a Master's in engineering with a thesis on Brain–Computer Interfaces and machine learning, and completed Harvard Business School's Disruptive Strategy programme.
Being a small, founder-run team is a feature, not a constraint. We answer support emails ourselves, ship updates quickly, and we don't have investors pushing us to harvest your data. The product is funded by people who pay for it. That keeps the incentives clean.
