MeetMemo asks for your consent before loading analytics on meetmemo.app. Essential site operation does not depend on optional cookies.
When you first visit our marketing site, a cookie banner lets you accept all cookies, reject non-essential cookies, or choose by category (essential, analytics, marketing). Your choice is stored in your browser (localStorage) so we remember it on return visits. You can open Cookie settings in the site footer at any time to change your preferences.
If you opt in to analytics, we use PostHog and may use Plausible for privacy-friendly traffic statistics. Both are configured for EU hosting and minimal data. PostHog is configured to:
Until you accept or reject the banner, we count page views in PostHog’s cookieless mode: nothing is stored on your device (no cookie, no local storage, no client-side identifier). PostHog’s EU servers derive a hash from your IP address and browser that rotates daily and discard the raw values, so pages and referrers can be counted without recognising you across days. Rejecting the banner stops this too. This mode also respects Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control.
Our web application (account dashboard) uses:

The MeetMemo macOS app does not use any cookies.
Use the cookie banner or Cookie settings in the footer to accept, reject, or adjust analytics and marketing preferences. For the account web app, authentication cookies remain necessary for login. See also our Privacy Policy.
